Mr. Cecil Mark Desmond Mitchell is the Managing Director and Owner of Mitchell’s Health & Wellness Pharmacies, as well as the co-owner of Fit for Life Medical Services and Emporio Grenada Ltd.
As a registered pharmacist, he has also pursued studies in fitness and nutrition and holds certification as a Wellness Consultant. With years of experience owning and operating businesses in the health, wellness, and fitness sectors, he was inspired to further his education in the field. This led him to earn a Master’s degree in Multi Sector Health Management from St. George’s University in 2020.
His deep passion for health, wellness, fitness, and his genuine care for people continues to inspire his work.

Mr. Lazaro Garica R.Ph
Lázaro García is a highly experienced pharmacist with over 23 years of professional expertise in the pharmaceutical field. He holds a licentiate certificate in Pharmaceutical Sciences, earned from the prestigious Central University “Marta Abreu” of Las Villas. His academic foundation and decades of hands-on experience have shaped him into a reliable and knowledgeable healthcare professional.
Currently, Mr. Garcia works at Mitchell’s Health and Wellness the Pharmacy as a pharmacist where he contributes his extensive knowledge, experience, and passion for healthcare to a dynamic and patient-centered environment. He continues to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care and contribute to patient wellness. His work is marked by a commitment to accuracy, patient education, and the responsible use of medications.

Ms. Denila Modeste recently joined Mitchell's Health and Wellness as a Customer Service Representative, bringing with her a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service. Leon Morain has been a devoted driver and office attendant for Mitchell’s Health and Wellness Pharmacy and Fit for Life Medical Services since June 1, 2021. Recognized for his reliability and exceptional customer service, Leon plays an integral role in ensuring that the coordination of operations between the pharmacy and medical facility runs smoothly.

Keron Collier is a merchandiser and store attendant at Mitchell’s Health and Wellness The Pharmacy, where he supports daily operations through inventory management and customer assistance.
Keron is passionate about bodybuilding and spends much of his time training in the gym, constantly pushing his physical limits and striving for personal growth. His commitment to fitness reflects his discipline, focus, and drive for self-improvement.

Rhonella Lewis joined Fit for Life Medical Services and Mitchell’s Health and Wellness family on January 27th, 2025, bringing creativity and efficiency to her role as an Accounts Clerk. Known for her ability to design eye-catching posters and complete tasks promptly, she adds both skill and enthusiasm to the workplace.
Rhonella is passionate about pursuing a career in accounting and, in her free time, enjoys hiking, playing the steel pan, and drawing.

Carvelle Clyne-Compton has been a valued member of Fit for Life Medical Services and Mitchell’s Health and Wellness family in May 2021 as an Administrative Assistant. She is known for her exceptional interpersonal skills and her ability to create a welcoming, supportive environment for both staff and clients.
Carvelle’s warm personality shines through in her love for animals and her natural talent for making others laugh, helping to foster a positive atmosphere throughout the workplace.

Ruth Bain-Augustine has been a valued member of Fit for Life Medical Services and Mitchell’s Health and Wellness family since December 1st, 2020, with the position of Administrative Executive. She is a natural planner with a keen eye for detail and brings strong organizational skills and creativity to her role.
She channels her natural talent into graphic design and creating custom packages for special occasions. A true lover of all things’ art and design, Ruth blends professionalism with creative passion in everything she does.
